No data is stored beyond the interaction log, and all integrations use official, authorized API connections to your existing software.
The agent handles factual updates — dates, filing confirmations, document receipts, consultation scheduling. It does not provide legal advice, discuss strategy, or make representations on behalf of the firm. Anything requiring professional judgment is escalated to an attorney immediately.
We build integrations with the most widely used platforms including Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, and Filevine. If your firm uses something else, get in touch — most platforms with an API can be connected.
It says so directly and offers to take a message or transfer the call to a staff member. The agent is not built to guess or improvise on sensitive matters. Clear boundaries are defined during setup so the agent knows exactly what it can and cannot handle.
Most implementations are live within 5 to 10 business days. The setup involves connecting to your existing software, configuring the call flow around your firm's specific needs, and a testing phase before going live. There is no disruption to your existing phone system during setup.
